The Mini Mind is a 4-week live integration experience designed to help you work through the emotional patterns, spending habits, overwhelm, shame and financial blocks that often arise after the Bank Account Challenge.

Future cohorts will have the option to purchase the Mini Mind separately.

As a June 2026 participant, you'll receive complimentary access.

For years, I've watched students have incredible breakthroughs during the Bank Account Challenge.

They finally look at their bank accounts.

They start changing their spending habits.

They feel calmer and more empowered around money.

But I've also noticed that some of the deepest emotions surface after the challenge is over.

That's why I'm introducing the Bank Account Integration Mini Mind.

For four weeks after the challenge, we'll meet live to work through what is actually coming up for you around:

  • spending
  • debt
  • shame
  • overwhelm
  • receiving money
  • feeling safe with money
  • staying present with your finances

Each session includes EFT tapping, coaching, reflection and integration support.

In addition to our weekly live sessions, you'll receive access to a private Facebook community where Vangile will be teaching and answering questions. You can share your experiences, receive support, celebrate breakthroughs, ask questions, and continue integrating the work between sessions.

Bank Account Integration Mini Mind (4 Weeks)

Embodiment - A healthier relationship with money and your bank account.

This course is for you if:

  • You keep telling yourself you'll check your finances tomorrow (and never do)
  • You feel overwhelmed, anxious, ashamed or powerless when you see your account balance
  • You keep promising yourself you'll save more, spend less, get out of debt, or finally get your finances under control... only to find yourself repeating the same patterns every month
  • Are ready to feel safe with money, no matter how much is in your bank account

My name is Vangile Makwakwa and I am a Money Trauma Coach.

In this course I give you the tools and meditations I created to help me heal my trauma and fears around money so I could change my spending habits, pay off US$60,000 in debt and increase my savings

The focus in this course is on healing - you will work with your emotions and stop judging yourself for feeling what you feel about yourself or money.

You will start to heal the trauma you have around handling money - that trauma that is stored in your body.

At no point will you be made to feel like you have to give up the pleasures of life in order to "get ahead" and be financially stable.

Before we get started I want you to understand that our issues with spending and saving are not about the money.

I've had times where I made a lot of money in my business and times when I made no money, and my savings and spending habits didn't change.

There was a time (9 years ago), where I was US$60,000 in debt, earning US$8,000 a month and still unable to pay back a penny of my debt.

Instead I kept recreating debt and using all my earnings to donate to charities or buy things I didn't need.

And freaking out that my family would find out I was making money and ask me for money when I really didn't have money.

The irony of this whole situation was that I truly believed I wasn't making any money and would cry to family and friends about this and borrow money from them.

I couldn't see the money I made because I was too busy avoiding money and being triggered every time I managed money. But I didn't know this then.

Spending money always felt like torture. All I felt when it came to money was shame, anxiety and frustration.

Shame because my parents had spent soo much on my education, so how could I NOT have my sh*t together?

Frustration because why couldn't I JUST follow a budget and spend less than I made and pay back what I owed?

Anxiety and guilt because I never felt like I had enough money.

There's nothing as sad as earning money, having money or making money and NOT knowing what you did with the money!

I know because I lived like this for years.

Money was like water through my hands!!!

I know what it's like to spend most of my days worrying about money and feeling financially stuck.

I know what it's like to be well educated, well traveled, look like you have everything together AND be petrified of looking at your bank account or of a family emergency.

I was the woman who had zero money in her bank account, no matter how much money I made or how often I affirmed that I loved money!

I used to have panic attacks about handling money.

Going to the ATM was a mini hell for me - I'd psyche myself up to withdraw money, pray like hell that I actually had money in my account and then quickly throw away the slip so I couldn't see the bank statement.

I was as scared of HAVING money, as I was of NOT HAVING money.

HAVING money made me uneasy.

Whenever I reached my savings goal or made more money than expected, I'd go a little crazy and go on "gifting binges" where I'd spend all that money on other people or on things I didn't need.

I was US$60,000 debt and was giving away money to friends and family like Santa Claus and shopping like a millionaire!!!

And then I'd spend the rest of the month or year worrying about not having enough money or the new debt I'd created.

I thought there was something wrong with me and I was weak willed because every personal finance course would tell me about self discipline and how important it was to live on a budget.

I'd draft beautiful budgets but I just couldn't stick to them!

I'd set wonderful savings goals, but as soon as I saved something, an emergency would arise or I would give that money away or spend it.

What higher grade witchcraft was this?

I truly believed I was bewitched!

I had the knowledge so why was I failing to apply it and use it in my own life?

I used to beat myself up because I believed that my issues with money came from a LACK of discipline.

I'd freak out whenever I had a “negative thought, feeling or doubt about the universe” or failed to think positively or feel grateful or be "high vibe."

I'd spend 15 minutes a day repeating positive affirmations as I stared in the mirror.

I did all that consistently for 2 years.

And you know what?

Nothing shifted; in fact I got more depressed.

Looking back I realize that I wasn't taking action and was waiting for a higher power to save me.

Now I know better!!

And I've been using my knowledge to help others change their spending habits and their relationship with their bank account.

The truth is: Spending and saving money has nothing to do with self discipline, even though on the surface it appears that way.

This obsession with having fiscal discipline or being positive, used to cause me soo much pain and shame, because it used to make me feel weak willed, like there was something wrong with me!

I know what that self flaggelation to be someone different feels like - I used to beat myself up for never having money in my bank account and always spending whatever I'd saved or always finding a need to borrow money after having paid off a debt.

What I've seen over the years, is that the more I did the inner work and worked with my money trauma, the more I was able to change my money habits, the more “disciplined” I became and the more relaxed I became about money.

I paid off my US$60,000 in debt in 3.5 years and started a new chapter of my life as a traveling entrepreneur in 2015.

I have lived in 12 different countries and have traveled to over 20 countries and spent a month or more in each place, without incurring any debt. Even on my travels I still continue to save and contribute to my investment accounts.

Here are some of the cool things I've done since starting my money journey:

✔️ I hosted 4 international retreats in Sri Lanka and Thailand and am still alive to tell the tale 😁

✔️ Renovated my mom's house in the village and turned it into a retreat center and hosted 2 retreats in that house

✔️ Paid my mother for the use of her house and helped her create an extra stream of income using the property

✔️ Renovated my apartment in Cape Town every square inch and paid for everything in cash even though it cost an UNEXPECTED US$10,000

✔️ I increased the rental price on said apartment by 75%

✔️ Launched the Property Magicians Podcast, a real estate podcast, with Mizo (my co-host)

✔️ I discovered 5 hour massages in Chiang Mai, Thailand and my life has never been the same 😂😂😊

✔️ I bought 2 pieces of land cash and have started developing apartments on them so I can start creating passive income

✔️ I launched an AirBnB business so I could create an extra stream of income

I'm not sharing this to brag but because I am also in awe of life and how things have changed.

There was a time in my life when I thought the only way to travel or do the things I want, was with debt or credit cards.

When people ask how all this is happening, I respond with: "Healing money trauma and knowing exactly what's happening in my bank account."

I know it sounds like a pitch but that's the truth.

The more I run this challenge with other people, the more I see how healing our money trauma is what leads to lasting financial change.

This Isn't a Budgeting Course

Most financial programs teach strategy and how to stop spending on things you love.

This program helps you understand why strategy becomes difficult to follow when money triggers fear, shame, overwhelm, anxiety, guilt or powerlessness.

Inside this immersion, we'll work with both:

• The practical side of money
• The emotional side of money

Because lasting financial change happens when both are addressed.
