Womb & Money Journal
These journals are designed to help you explore the emotional, ancestral, and embodied patterns that shape your relationship with money. They cover themes such as asking for money, imposter syndrome, fear of charging or pricing your work, visibility and being seen, fear of rejection, failure and criticism, over-giving and receiving, family dynamics around money, marketing, entrepreneurship, and womb work.
This is not about doing more or pushing harder. It’s about creating a consistent, safe practice to listen to yourself and shift the patterns beneath your financial behaviour.
Consistency matters more than time. Even 15 minutes a day, done regularly, creates more change than hours of work done once. Detailed instructions on how to use the journal are included in the first pages.
